New Member introduction

Hello fellow guitar players, new member to this forum though I have been utilizing Chordie for over 10 years, especially after OLGA went bye-bye.  I have been playing since I was fifteen (I'm 56 now) but have only had a chance to get serious about it since my retirement a year-and-a-half ago.  I own a Fender F-5 acoustic and a Peavey Raptor EXP electric, would eventually like to put a band together, prefer classic rock and oldies.  Glad to be here and look forward to chattin' with you all from time to time.

Lucky you.  Beautiful spot with good water and good wine.  I'd like to vacation there sometime.

Welcome to the forums!  Not too far... I'm in the "Leather Stocking" region, or at the "thumb" of the fingerlakes (Oneida Lake)... I'd rather be in the heart of the fingerlakes drinking your wine!  Hmmm... sounds like a road trip in the making.  Enjoy the forums and know that there's folks across the lakes and across the ocean ready to help ya out, or just chat!  Enjoy!

My daughter is now learning to play and says she has found this also easy. I am from Auckland New Zealand , and have a wonderful wife and family. I have posted this on Monday night 11:35 pm so good night all and have a great day. :smile
